1. Registration

The services and products are sold by financepdf2excel.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier"). Customers are required to register and provide contact details in order to use certain parts of the service.

Communication between the parties takes place primarily by e-mail. After registration, the customer undertakes to monitor his email to receive the registration confirmation email.
2. Prices, Payment Methods, license validity period, changes in terms of delivery

The Supplier's currently valid prices can be seen in the Supplier's general price list on the website financepdf2excel.com. All prices are stated in euros.
2.2
Payment to the Supplier is facilitated by Stripe.
2.3
The Customer is free to cancel their subscription at any time

The Customer will be billed monthly in accordance with their chosen Pricing Plan.
3. Use of the Service
3.1
The supplier has the right to make changes to the service that do not significantly affect the content of the service or the service level.
3.2
The Customer agrees that the Customer's persons using the service will keep their usernames and passwords carefully and will not disclose them to third parties. The customer is responsible for the use of the service with their users' usernames and passwords.
4. Limitation of liability
4.1
The supplier is not responsible for indirect or indirect damages caused to the customer. The Supplier is not responsible for damages caused, for example, by the fact that the purchased product or service does not meet the Customer's needs or goals or by force majeure. The supplier is not responsible for faults in the internet backbone network or local servers or for disruptions and interruptions in the use of products and services caused by them.
4.2
The Supplier is only liable for direct damages caused to the Customer, which result from the Supplier's violation of the terms of the contract.
4.3
If it is determined that the contractual use of the Supplier's products or service-related software violates the intellectual property rights of a third party, the Supplier has the right to acquire at its own expense the right to continue the use, to replace the use in a functionally equivalent way or to change the products or services so that the rights of a third party are not violated.
